What a hectic day yesterday but thanks to the clicker I was the best behaved but as for the four grandchildren that descended on us? they were boisterous, loud and full of energy …clicker the children… and well, excited doesn’t even begin to describe them but I knew it was cos of me. …puppy eyes…puppy eyes… or maybe it was Dyson, the other dog or what ever he is
Luckily he started clicking with treats and showed me I had to stay down but there was no worries I’ve met them before and I was shown then as well so I thought I would carry on with that behaviour in case more chicken showed up. We played all day and I didn’t jump at any of the dancing and prancing cherubs once and there was no nibbles …chew the children…it’ll work like a clicker… and to boot when everyone was having birthday cake I left all that yummy chocolate alone but I was watching for morsels and Dyson gets to eat all them.
We got another animal living with us called Dyson, he’s big, yellow and has a very long neck and he get’s all the food on the floor. …chase him chase him… He makes a right racket when he’s eating but he’s fun to watch from the safety of my bed and he’s never stuck his yellow face in there.
He just said “Good idea Ted”
Also I’m starting to understand the word yes, it’s puzzled him for a while that I should hesitate when he says yes but what he didn’t realise that he sounds like he’s trying to yelp but end up sounding like a snake Yesssssss. …chew the snake… To be honest it’s a sound that makes you wonder what the hell he’s saying but now I’m thinking it’s a permission thing and I love knowing what to do, like I did with the grand kids today.
